Job Overview:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, social media support, data base management, scheduling client timelines, listing assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the real estate industry and is looking to develop their skills in, customer service, loves a spread sheet and metrics and wants to grow a social media strategy. Prefers a support role and is very organized and detail oriented. Strong C in disc assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agent with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Coordinate and organize social media and marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including property listings, sales contracts
- Manage and maintain the office's administrative systems, including database management and document preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media posts
- Perform market research to stay up-to-date on local market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics
Skills:
- Licensed in Florida knowledge of real estate transaction
- Proficiency in administrative software and systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to stay up-to-date on local market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate administrative experience a plus.
