Re-Bath, the nation's top bathroom remodeler, is seeking an enthusiastic, full-time Lead Setter! We design complete bathroom remodels, tub and shower updates, and help with aging and accessibility solutions for our customers.
As a successful Lead Setter, you will make a good first impression, enjoy building rapport with people and utilize your ability to speak persuasively to people in person and over the phone.
Essential Duties:
- Familiarize yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals
- Provide assistance to customers entering the showroom
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for prospective customers/leads, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with our customers in their homes.
- Verify qualifying questions and enter information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Assist with other office duties as directed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Selling and promotional skills
- Professional appearance
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Self Motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Experience working with CRM software preferred
- Data entry and attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
