Responsibilities:
- Install various components and systems according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Manage construction projects, including coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timely completion
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
- Finish concrete surfaces to achieve desired texture and appearance
- Perform electrical installations, including wiring and connecting fixtures
- Install cabinets and other fixtures according to design plans
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Apply stucco to exterior surfaces for a finished look
- Estimate construction costs and materials needed for projects
- Fabricate components as needed for installation
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools
- Proficiency in construction inspection and management
- Experience in caulking and sealant application
- Concrete finishing skills, including smoothing, leveling, and texturing
- Basic electrical knowledge for installations and wiring tasks
- Ability to install cabinets accurately according to design plans
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with stucco application techniques for exterior surfaces
- Construction estimating skills to determine project costs and material requirements
- Ability to fabricate components as needed for installation
