What are the responsibilities and job description for the QC Lab Analyst, Microbiology position at Reckitt?
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Laboratory workspace skills and management
- Applicant should have experience with aseptic technique, general microbiology including cultural methods and automated testing instrumentation.
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- 1x per month weekend coverage, as required by production schedule
- Good documentation practices, data comprehension, and problem solving
- Strong computer skills (GLIMS, Optiva, SAP, MS Office, Excel, or equivalents)
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
Recommended Experience:
- Test method development & validation
- Quality control within food manufacturing environment
- Quality systems
- GMP’s/GLP’s
- Powder manufacturing and packaging processes
