The Certified Nursing Assistant plays a key role and more importantly in the lives of our residents and their family members by assisting residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
- The Certified Nurse Assistant helps residents with personal hygiene
- The CNA observes residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- The CNA documents Resident food and fluid intake
- The Certified Nurse Aide assists residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
- The Certified Nurse Aide makes the resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
- The CNA transports residents within the facility
- The CNA assists nurses and other staff as needed
- The Certified Nurse Aide adheres to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
- The CNA abides by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
- The Certified Nurse Aide maintains the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
