Summary
Reconnect is looking to hire a Clinical Program Manager with excellent staff management and clinical supervision skills to assist all programs of the new Reconnect Trauma Recovery Clinic. This role is a combination of both administrative and clinical responsibilities. Provide mind body psychotherapy with adolescent and adult clients struggling with complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and attachment wounding in an intensive outpatient setting. All sessions are one on one; individual. Work collaboratively on client treatment with a multidisciplinary team. Expand approach to treating complex trauma by participating in Reconnect's extensive RITTM Trainings, DID Training, and Janina Fisher’s part work!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative, clinical, and fiscal oversight to supporting staff.
- Monitor compliance to CARF/HIPPA guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards.
- Strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth.
- Provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of all programming including scheduling, as well as crisis management.
- Provides weekly clinical supervision to clinicians and administrative management to all staff.
- Assign cases to primary therapists and overseas schedulers, and approve all scheduling changes.
- Provide coverage for individual & group therapies when needed.
- Maintains detailed knowledge of program paperwork, documentation, record keeping, and ensures quality assurance standards are met.
- Interview and retain program staff by overseeing training and development.
- Provides staff with updates/changes to policies, procedures, and organizational goals.
- Approve timesheets and payroll for the Clinic Admin and Staff.

- Able to manage stressful situations that may arise within the staff team and while interacting with our clients in a professional, courteous, and compassionate manner.
- Excellent internet, computer, and technological skills required: electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Office programs, cloud systems, online messaging, video teleconferencing platforms (Dropbox, Zoom, Doxy, etc.).
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Able to maintain all levels of confidentiality following HIPAA laws required.
- Managing details and providing flawless execution.
- Excel at prioritizing workflow, possess an intuitive approach, and anticipate needs.
- Works independently by being self-directed and motivated; possesses a high level of resourcefulness.

License/Certification: LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PsyD required
Experience: Licensure Minimum 2yrs; Required certification to supervise associates both individually and in groups; Preferred administrative/operational management experience.
Upon Hire: Drug Screening; TB Screening; Background Check
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Hours may change depending on program needs
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD required.
- BBS or Board of Psychology license required.
AND
- Experience: Two years of professional experience in direct patient care in the mental health field.
