The Role: In this highly visible role, you will be the lead for the Sales Ops team in London, supporting the fast-growing EMEA sales team. Ability to work independently and provide high-quality support is paramount to success. The incumbent will manage a variety of day-to-day tasks while also considering long-term strategy. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations who is based in the US, but has a strong dotted-line reporting to the VP of EMEA Sales based in London.
Reporting and Analysis
- Support bookings forecast cadence: update weekly forecast reports, identify areas where SFDC pipeline hygiene requires attention, etc.
- Continually assess sales rep performance in quota attainment, expected capacity, conversion rates to drive predictability and performance improvement
- Turn data into actionable insights to accelerate sales growth and drive sales rep productivity
Planning
- Assist annual territory, headcount, and incentives planning by providing data-driven insights as well as executing changes in SFDC or other sales technology
Training
- Provide training to sales team on new sales technology, policy or process changes as needed
Deal Desk
- Ensure deals are structured, processed efficiently, and align to company policies
- Front line sales support for all deal pursuit needs
- Identify and optimise process bottlenecks by liaising with Sales Ops colleagues
- Audit open renewal opportunities to confirm accurate contract / ARR dates, renewal values, products, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience with sales planning, forecasting, deal desk, and standard SaaS reporting KPI's
- SFDC and sales technology proficiency
- Have experience working for a high-growth company
- Experience leading or managing a team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about collaborating with sales to drive business outcomes
