Transaction Coordinator/Processor
We’re in search of a talent, diligent Transaction Coordinator/Processor to take our deals from contract to close. It’s a critical role within the company, and one we rely on heavily for anything and everything in our day-to-day operations. Days are fast-paced and no two are the same— but if you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced and, sometimes, dizzying environment, this job is for you. Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and filing incoming documents
- Assisting the Acquisition Manager and Sales Manager with contracts, as needed
- Assisting in all aspects of the deal-closing process, liaising with homeowners, buyers, agents, title companies, attorneys, and brokers to successfully close contracts
- Arranging financing for deals, troubleshooting, and mediating relevant parties, as needed
- Additional duties, as needed
This role touches many departments as well as internal and external stakeholder. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately and effectively. Problem solving is central to success in this role, as is an uncanny ability to stay organized and on the ball, even with countless tasks and people pulling your attention.
COMPENSATION
Average Transaction Processor salary: $19,000-$38,000
Average Transaction Coordinator salary: $26,000-$57,000

THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUR PROCESSOR Your coordinator holds a key role in your company—they will, truly, make or break your ability to take a property from contract to close to sale. The person holding this position cannot be frazzled by multiple competing deadlines and the need to motivate and mediate. Do not make the mistake of thinking that this is something that your office assistant can handle, at least initially. If your assistant shows an aptitude for the business, promote him or her into the processor role and hire a new assistant; but in the beginning, keep the processing duties yourself
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,008.00 - $65,248.00 per year
