Recovery Followers provides evidence-based addiction care, informed by the most recent discoveries of care for those in rural areas. Join us as we open our first outpatient clinic in Marshville, North Carolina called Achievement Center Enrichment.
Employees hired at this first location will help to shape the future of the company as we grow. We will be creating and honing best practices in addiction recovery providing a safe environment for patients in their recovery goals with medication-assisted treatment coupled with individual and group counseling.

Here are some of the representative essential functions of this role.
Responsibilities
- Monitors the patients' condition and assesses their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interprets patient’s symptoms and communicate them to the Program Director and Medical Director and/or medical team
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Adjusts and administers patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
- Supervises and train LPNs and nursing assistants
- Fosters a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Completes the documentation within 24 hours of the patient’s admission to the program

- Proven experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

Education & Experience
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) State Board of Nursing license.
- Maintains current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
- At least three years of Nursing experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience demonstrating strong leadership of a team of Licensed Practical Nurses

Experience:
- Nursing: 3 years (Preferred)
