JOIN A GROWING TEAM IN A BURGEONING INDUSTRY! (CONTRACT TO HIRE)
SEARCHING FOR A RENTAL BENCH TECHNICIAN with a strong electronics and mechanical repair background. You will oversee the repair, maintenance, and shipping of safety equipment for your local branch.
MIUST HAVE :
- 2 years of relevant experience or an Associate Degree in Electronic Repair
- Shipping & Receiving experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Understand computer hardware and basic networking
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Solid organizational skills
Essential functions and responsibilities :
Rental / Service duties
- Responsible for deployment and service of rental and service equipment to customers
- Maintain, organize, and ensure correct stock
- Maintain efficient flow of company assets and ensure proper protocols and paperwork are followed
- Works within goal driven deadlines to pull, prep, and ship orders
- Completes needed maintenance and repairs to assets.
- Assists customer with needed data and information
- Participates in monthly assigned cycle counts of rental and service items.
- Helps maintain quality control (QC) for all equipment f
- Maintains a safe and organized facility and adheres to company policies and proceedures
Bench repair duties :
- Conducted preventative maintenance and repairs of instruments and assets
- Perform QA and ensure instruments fall within calibration tolerances
- Develop procedures to ensure proper functionality
- Perform repairs on equipment and instruments that fall outside of tolerance conditions
- Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production / shipping schedules on a daily basis
- Recommend Improvements on production, equipment performance and quality
- Work with outside departments and supervisors to address needs and improvements
