JOB SUMMARY: Accounts payable clerks are responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Receiving, processing, and verifying invoicesTracking and recording purchase ordersProcessing all payments of various ordersVerifies source documents for accuracy and authorizationMaintain complete accurate and neat files for reports and supporting documentationAny other tasks or projects as assignedSupport teamwork by maintaining positive relationshipsQUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma2 years of prior experience Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and OutlookPrevious experience using Coupa system is a plusPresent oneself in a positive, professional mannerPHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbolsManual dexterity to operate job related equipment Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area Constant contact with fellow team membersAbility to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time DISCLAIMER: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
