Job Summary
We seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Contractor. This is a contract position to support Information Technology Software Development team in Clermont, FL. As a Microsoft Dynamics Developer Contractor, you will perform mission critical functions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Responsibilities include system integrations, custom code development, and 3rd-party application API integration. The ideal contractor should possess the desire to continually improve the company's applications environment; they will develop, and coordinate ERP application changes with the assistance of other IT team members and key business users.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering business requirements, testing, developing, and implementing changes
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to meet changing business requirements and mission needs
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
- Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy business solutions and software applications within the Microsoft D365 stack including Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, Power Platform, SharePoint, JavaScript, SSIS, etc.
- Work with business analysts and application users to design robust user-friendly solutions
- Work with QA to align understanding of requirements
- Work as part of an Agile development team; participating in daily standups, code reviews, backlog refinement and other Scrum activities
- Follow secure coding guidelines
- Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Dynamics 365 Online platform
- Able to execute test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
- Liaise with IT and related Business Units on future strategy of platform, capacity planning, upgrades, etc.
- Develop plug-ins for Dynamics 365 Online
- Work with IT teams to provide advanced support and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 and related applications/interface while documenting root cause and solutions
- Develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with current business objectives and existing applications
- Utilize best practices in managing the administration and security of D365
- Customize MS Dynamics 365 by creating entities, relationships, and web resources
- Provide technical support for trouble tickets that need developer assistance
Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences And Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 2 years (Required)
- CRM Software: 4 years (Required)
- APIs: 2years
- 1 years .Net frameworks and development experience
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CRM Apps Developer a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience with writing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 plug-ins and custom workflow activities
- Dynamics 365 for CRM and Operations experience with expertise in Role-based Workflows
- Extensive ASP.NET (C#) development experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK including working knowledge of the ODATA and REST endpoints
- Previous experience in implementing technologies such as MSMQ, VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, RESTful API’s, XML, XSL, WCF and SOAP
- Background in development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of OOAD, database design, and Software Design patterns such as MVC, N-Tier, Test Driven Development, and Dependency Injection
- Ability to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions to anticipate and mitigate risks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Deep technical understanding of MS D365 is a must
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
