Job Description:
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for building and leading a cohesive customer-focused team and provide daily support to direct and indirect reports. The main activities in this area are training, coaching and mentoring technicians; providing expert technical assistance to resolve roadblocks during services and assisting with complicated service requests. The GM will partner with technicians to build a 5-star customer base that includes delivering what the customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
The GM will also manage the operations of the business, including but not limited to: working with the owner to develop strategy and performance measurements and overseeing the daily operations of the business: drive sales, evaluate completed customer work, managing scheduling, delivery, inventory, maintain equipment and maintain key business (customer and vendor) relationships.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of Lawn Care experience
- Irrigation or Fertilization/Pesticide experiences preferred
- 4 years' experience in a lead, supervisory or management role in
- Valid state driver’s license
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to diagnose and apply appropriate treatment through Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and communicate effectively
- Some customer facing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of fertilizer and/or irrigation materials; minimum two years
- Demonstrated knowledge of and use of applicator equipment and technology
- Ability to obtain proper licenses for Fertilization and Irrigation
- Ability to work a full-time position
- Vocational/Technical degree in aligned area of study
