Recycleworks is the industry leader in food and beverage upcycling. We provide zero-waste services to our clients throughout the United States.
The Customer Logicistics Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of recycling services to our customers. They will work within our operations group and support our sales team to ensure that our service exceeds our best-in-class standards.
In this role, you will be deeply involved with the day-to-day operations of our, company including, but not limited to -
- Scheduling, managing, daily recaps, and reporting for all external logistics.
- Customer satisfaction and communication.
- Sales support for customer operations.
- Responsibility for logistics division P&L.
- Client equipment management.
- Day-to-day issue resolution, including urgent response.
- Process improvement throughout transportation, including policies, procedures and documentation.
- Assistance with administrative work (tax, tag, title, etc.) for our equipment base.
- Other tasks to support the company’s growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
