DEVELOP MARKETING INSIGHTS:
Evaluate emerging consumer trends and identify opportunities for Organics to drive awareness among and engagement with consumers in new and exciting ways
Work closely with consumer insights team to understand the voice of the consumer in order to influence national initiatives
Share ownership and development of the annual Product Marketing Business Plan, that pays into the overarching Brand Marketing Business Plan
CREATION OF INTEGRATED MARKETING PLANS:
Build distinctive marketing programs that drive awareness, relevance, and product consumption of Organics by Red Bull
Oversee the development of distinct, integrated cross-functional marketing campaigns across multiple layers of the marketing mix including: Shopper Marketing, Advertising, eCommerce, On Premise, Sports, Culture, Content, Communications
Build the brand guidelines with the support of cross functional team members to drive consistent in market communications and best in class execution.
Execute the annual brand campaign, supporting all cross functional activations such as events, communications, sampling, digital marketing and advertising, to drive consumption
MEASURE SUCCESS:
Develop tracking tools with consumer insights to measure success
Develop post-mortem reports to adjust marketing strategy and programming on a continual basis
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Partner with National & Global counterparts to ensure consistency with global standards and utilization of best practices
Act as support for applicable regional, shopper, eCommerce & On Premise Marketing programs
COMMERCIALIZATION
Project manage the commercialization process from inception through execution
Act as the liaison between the global organics team, operations, sales and finance to bring new products to market
Act as support for applicable regional, shopper, eCommerce & On Premise Marketing programs
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5 years of marketing experience, prior CPG experience preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including project management (e.g. timeline / key milestone development
- Experience utilizing consumer insights and translating learning into action
- Proven ability to navigate through a highly matrixed organization
- Prior agency management, experience building digitally-based plans, and retail exposure a plus
- Someone who pushes innovation and has the acumen to explore new opportunities while identifying lean, agile solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Travel 10%
