ACTIVATE SALES RESOURCES
Responsible for all RBDC communication and planning across entire Business Unit
Own multi million dollar budget and prioritize allocation across Business Unit including POS materials for all locations
Own budget for National VIP Program. Builds and maintains CPM volume plan
Utilize tactical incentive programming to drive execution
Communicate in-store brand standards and merchandising guidelines (i.e. planogram, POS, pricing) across BU
Responsible for market execution to support all marketing activations within Regions
Supports sales meeting and GSM with “Meeting in a Box” inputs and tools
RBDC EXECUTION
Provide RBNA DOD with tools, resources, and programs that drive in store execution
Maintain volume, pricing and promotional information in Customer Profitability Management (CPM) system to ensure all pricing is adjusted on schedule and customer agreements are upheld
Manage all Point of Sale (POS) orders to ensure timely delivery of assets to activate in store
Maintains POS support/supply through Brand Muscle, Window wraps and truck wrap tools
Analysis & reporting
Perform ongoing market analysis with respect to volume, distribution, product and distributor competition
Strategically analyze RBDC performance from all available data sources (BI, ACV reporting) to determine and identify opportunities for growth
Communicates and shares best practices across Regions within respective Business Unit
Supports RBDC Activator with Tier 2 tools and CMA guidance for local Key accounts.
KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTION
Communicates regularly and works cross functionally within RBNA (Key Accounts, Marketing) to secure full alignment of RBNA, RBDC, and BU goals
Partner with Key Accounts and field marketing teams to provide tools that drive in-store execution during key brand and consumer moments (i.e., Red Bull events, holidays) at Regional and National chains
Qualifications
5 years demonstrated track record of success working within Consumer Packaged Goods industry (beverage strongly preferred)
Experience within a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment strongly preferred
Teach, develop, and coach others to sell effectively in the Off Premise channel
Ability to influence DP decision makers and key stakeholders
Works in a fast-paced complex environment with multiple stakeholders
Analyzes & leverages data to drive insights to action
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
