Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an Entry Level Digital Marketer to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Changing and optimizing ad campaigns
- Reading and interpreting ad analytics
- Problem solving campaign performance issues
- Changing out ads
- Checking through and changing out ad settings
- Proficiency in Google analytics would be preferred
- Detailed and analytically driven
- "A numbers person"
- Less creative work
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Initially will be responsible for assisting in the creating and managing our clients’ various Facebook Ad campaigns.
- Will become Facebook Blueprint Certified within 3 months of being hired.
- Applicant will be responsible for for creating and managing our clients’ various Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of media buys to effectively acquiring customers at acceptable KPIs.
- Develop a deep understanding for audience buying, leveraging a variety of tools with first and third-party data.
- Serve as paid social expert, platform partner, and trend-spotter to bring first-to-market social and digital media opportunities that align with business objectives
- Assist in contributing research, insights, and strategy recommendations
- Assist in the develop comprehensive strategies for marketing clients
- Assist in the creation of monthly reports and analysis for marketing clients
Skills
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
