Red Oak Brewery is looking to hire a Manager for their Lager Haus Taproom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a staff of 20-25 people that will be working in the Taproom, Gift Shop and Wurst Haus. Management experience of 3-5 years is required. ServeSafe Certificate is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ideal management style would be to lead and empower team members to strive for customer satisfaction while maintaining the Red Oak friendly and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
