Host: You will be responsible for providing a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting Guests to tables. You will also take reservations with a wait list when necessary. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. Must be 17 or older. Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1 years of service, must have 20 hours/week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18 ). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21 , after 1 years of service, and 1,000 hours/year).
