Having already launched branded product partnerships with popular figures like Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Meek Mill and many more, Snipes has given consumers inspiration and a voice on its best-in-class social media outlets. Now with close to 100 stores in the US, and further expansion plans, we have an even larger platform to focus on shaping and driving the streetwear culture.
Overview:
Maintain a well stock appearance in the store which helps ensure the best guest experience is achieved
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
- Responsible for contributing to efforts in the stores achievements
- Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with coworkers/customers
- Meet company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge and personal grooming
- Efficiently follow all instructions/tasks given by Management within a specified timeline
- Understand and communicate to Store/Assistant or Stock Manager on weekly basis about the stock available and/or damaged
- Understand and follow store operating procedures and policies
- Ensure shelves and stockroom is fully stocked, well organized, clean faced tagged and signed
- Maintain merchandise standards in/around the stockroom
- Ensure all hangers are separated and placed in correct box/boxes
- Responsible for condensing styles and ensuring fixtures are in one place
- Maintain a consistent awareness of the stores stock regularly
- Ensure consistent awareness of the store’s merchandise and consistent control of merchandise

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College preferred
- 4 years of experience in retail
- 2 years of retail management preferred
- Strong drive for results
- Proven competent performance in the job
