**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality at our resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest relations and possess excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems, take reservations, and manage guest requests
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
