We need people who can learn the product and sell one on one.
Up to $17 per hour PLUS commission!! Commission can average over $200 per month and higher!
As a Full or Part Time Sales Associate (working 20-40 hrs/wk) for the Red Wing Shoe Store in Woodstock, GA, you will be an important member of a team that serves, welcomes, and advises customers. Saturday (10-5) and Sunday (12-5) hours are required
You will help customers make proper footwear selections; and contribute to the overall team effort of the store.
Key Duties:
- Promote and support the high quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling.
- Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
- Enthusiasm to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Take pride and responsibility for overall store and personal appearance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED) - One year of retail sales experience required. (Working in a retail store and waiting on customers, not cashier or customer service role)
- Previous shoe experience a plus.- Willingness to learn, take direction and follow store policies.- Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts. - Must be available to work weekends. - Seeking Bi-Lingual candidates - Must be able to pass a background and credit history
