Job Summary

SAP ByDesign Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes, developing SAP solutions, and ensuring effective system integration and performance. The SAP ByDesign Analyst collaborates with business process owners to make improvements and deliver new solutions to address business needs. The SAP ByDesign Analyst monitors and maintains the technical SAP aspects to meet performance and access expectations.

• Stakeholder Communication:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements and expectations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• System Analysis and Performance Assessment:
• Analyze SAP ByDesign system data to evaluate performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• SAP Solution Design and Deployment:
• Design, build, and implement SAP ByDesign solutions to enhance business processes.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and requirements.
• Integration Support:
• Assist in the integration of SAP ByDesign with other business systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to facilitate integrations.
• System Testing:
• Conduct thorough system testing to verify that solutions meet user requirements and standards.
• Identify and resolve any issues during the testing phase.
• Cross-organization collaboration:
• Works with key SAP ByDesign subject matter experts assisting in developing training.
• Prepare comprehensive user manuals and documentation.
• System Maintenance and Support:
• Support and maintain the SAP ByDesign system, troubleshooting and resolving any SAP-related issues.
• Ensure system reliability and performance.
• Monitors system functionality, capacity, and performance.
• Report Writing:
• Develop and generate SAP ByDesign reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in SAP systems to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years experience as an SAP ByDesign Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SAP ByDesign and its modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
