POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Office Manager and Leadership Team in day-to-day administrative duties ensuring the office is supplied and everyone is able to function at the highest level. Provides administrative support and oversees other projects as needed. May handle administrative Human Resources duties as well.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting with special events planning and employee celebrations
- Helping Office Manager with HR administrative functions and Bookkeeping responsibilities
- Coordinating community service opportunities for RSA employees
- Writing bi-montly company newsletter
- Organizing weekly office lunches and monthly office breakfasts
- Keeping the office are tidy and keeping supplies stocked
- Taking meeting notes and maintaining meeting agendas
- Handling requests appropriately and in a timely manner
- Assembling and categorizing facts and figures for written computation and calculations
- Using various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports
- Exercising administrative judgment and assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Associates degree preferred but not required
- Two years of related experience or relevant coursework
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills/experience
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational skills and a desire to help someone else succeed
