What does a Redfin Associate Agent do?
A Redfin Associate Agent is an independent contractor who conducts field events for Redfin. You will work independently, with coordinating support from a manager, our full-time agents, coordinators and of course, Redfin clients!
As a Redfin Associate Agent, you will:
- Have the opportunity to meet with customers in person to show homes, attend inspections, hold open houses, and attend final walk-through appointments, key exchanges, etc.
- Control your own schedule—you can work as much or as little as you’d like, provided we’ve got the demand in your area.
- Get paid per field event you manage, so you don’t have to wait to see the fruits of your labor.
- Expand your experience. If you’re newly licensed, the Associate Agent opportunity allows you to increase your skill set while still being paid.
- Enjoy having time to focus on the aspects of the business that you love—showing homes, handling open houses, attending inspections and working with clients.
- Leave the marketing and prospecting to our website, so you can focus on what you do best.
Service payments:
As a Redfin Associate Agent, you’re paid a flat rate for each field event you do. Event pay ranges from $25-$165 per event.
