Overview
We are looking for a friendly and passionate People Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave. You’ll look forward to working as part of a busy, close-knit team, having the confidence and enthusiasm to get stuck in wherever needed.
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, our People Advisors are pivotal members of the People Team, working closely with People Partners and Redgate people managers to support and advise on all aspects of the employee life cycle - onboarding, development, retention, reward, Employee Relations, and the overall employee experience.
You’ll provide operational advice on all areas of HR will also play a part in achieving wider People Team objectives, including supporting continuous improvement projects. Fresh ideas are always welcome, if you spot something that could be done in a better way, let’s improve it!
The role covers a breadth of interesting and varied areas, with both HR Coordinator and HR Advisor responsibilities. We need someone that is flexible and can pivot between HR generalist advisory work and key administration tasks, being equally happy to get stuck in with detailed work, such as issuing employment contracts, supporting visa applications, completing payroll checks, benefits renewals and arranging training courses.

- Full or Part CIPD qualified (desirable)
What’s the package?

- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on your experience
- You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work times
