What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director position at redriver?
Red River is seeking a Program Director to join our growing team! Red River views account management as an essential market facing role that is directly responsible for client success. This success is achieved by Account Managers/Executives working directly with clients to learn their goals and introduce the processes, services, and projects designed to meet those goals. By understanding clients’ business, Account Managers/Executives determine how Red River services can best be applied, delivered on time, on budget, and up to clients’ standards. Some of the other duties an Account Manager/Executive is responsible for include: • Managing, as the single point of contact with the client, the overall relationship with the client, serving as the client advocate within Red River, owning and maintaining client touchpoints, and improving client satisfaction • Establishing and maintaining a firm understanding of the Client’s IT infrastructure and alignment with the client’s business needs/goals • Assuring the successful completion of Transition (onboarding) and commencement of steady-state Services • Managing contract financials including performance to budget for revenue and profit. This includes managing staff rate adjustments to maintain actuals within the budget and agreed forecast • Staffing, accountability, and oversight of Red River dedicated resources including routine performance metrics and Customer feedback survey performance reviews based on their roles, responsibilities, and client feedback • Developing and maintaining a client ‘Strategic Plan’ specifically for identifying adjacent opportunities within the account based on client need and growing the account revenues and profitability through expansion of services. This may include engaging sales when appropriate to develop/initiate adjacent opportunities for expansion • Informing client of new capabilities and developments within Red River and proposing ideas and solutions that will provide ongoing benefits to the client and improve the Services Requirements Communication skills to regularly discuss project deadlines, responsibilities and goals with clients and employees on the phone, in-person and over email Organizational and time management skills to stay ahead of regular deadlines and to organize projects, clients’ files and other important tasks Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly find creative solutions to any client issues that may arise Presentation skills to build strategies and report them clearly and professionally to both clients and employees Management experience to operationalize value creation for Red River clients Methodical personality capable of inspiring teams and multi-tasking at detailed levels to keep people on task and work on time P&L management experience and order to cash management skills Proposal development experience Red River offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and an exceptional work environment.
