We have an excellent new opening for an experienced IT Technician to join a growing company in the capital region. We are seeking both Tier I and Tier II IT Support Specialists.
Responsibilities of the IT Technician:
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction
- End-user satisfaction is highest priority
- Resolve customer requests in a timely manner
- Work independently and as team
- Ensure requests are dispatched to the intended resource
- Manage time and expense reports as requested
- Escalate requests to upper-level support
- Perform other tasks as requested
Qualifications of IT Technician:
- IT certifications and previous experience in a technical role is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of network systems, operating systems, Windows 10, and other related systems
- Experience using Microsoft Server/Office
- Ability to run diagnostics and communicate technical issues to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Clifton Park, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
