Help Desk Technician
-Remote, contract role based out of Paramus, NJ
RedStream Technology is seeking a Help Desk Technicianto join a leading healthcare services company. The job can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US. The Help Desk Technician will primarily provide Level 1 support to resolve and assist in resolution of hardware and software problems to internal company employees.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide 1st level phone support as well as other background processes
- Excellent phone presence, communication skills, troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Service Desk
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Dell and Lenovo desktops and laptops
- Knowledge of Mac desktops and laptops is a plus
- Mobile support for iPhones and iPads
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
