Position Description:
As a Solutions Architect you will be responsible for quickly adapting to situations and learning on the fly to support client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight
- Perform Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, Configuration according to client requests
- Work with the customer manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project
- Perform solution design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project related issues
- Work independently to define scope and implement smaller solutions for clients
- Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, to meet the client's needs
- Document test scripts and test OTM application
- Perform training end users
- Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems
- 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience
- 2-3 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) experience
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to learn on the fly
