What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian - Handyman position at Redwood Terrace - a HumanGood community?
Under general supervision, the Custodian/Handyman is responsible for repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of the community per established policies, procedures, Company standards of quality, cleanliness, resident satisfaction, safety and security and regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence and patient confidentiality at all times. As a representative and team member of environmental services department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM
Compensation from: $19.00/hr. depending on experience
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Previous janitorial/custodial experience required
- Previous carpet or floor care experience required
