We seek a Clinical Director to join our Raleigh and Cary, North Carolina team.
Compensation:
- $70,000-$90,000 annually
- Salaried W2 Position
Requirements:
- Fully licensed as an LCSW or LCMHC for use in North Carolina, not provisional
- Fully licensed as an LCAS for use in North Carolina, not provisional
- Must be able to pass a drug screening upon hire
- Can commute to the Raleigh and Cary, NC locations, person

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Obtains Clinical Supervisory credential, LCSW-S or LCMHC-S, desired
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Experience in group facilitation, conducting assessments, addictions, dual diagnosis
- CBT, MI, and Stages of Change competent
- Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
- Must be comfortable using computers - excel spreadsheet, RMS systems, outlook, Athena
