IT Field Operations Analyst

IT Field Operations Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates seeking an opportunity in IT field or a growing professional with passion and drive to deliver world class technology. This candidate should be willing to learn quickly, take instruction and direction, be self-motivating, and overall be able to work well with the team. Outgoing, confident, friendly IT Operations Technician to help support infrastructure rollouts including MS O365, VOIP, onsite hardware, peripherals, and other infrastructure devices. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.

The Field Operations Analyst will help with technology deployment for newly acquired centers and across the entire organization to meet the standards, optimize the service. The analyst will develop checklists for typical problems to provide self-help and recommend procedures to improve the user experience. This position will support multiple platforms including MS O365, SDWAN, desktops, laptops, Chromebook, mobile devices, printers, application user management and videoconferencing equipment.

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
• Resolve incidents and issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Perform user administration duties
• Hardware deployment & disposal. Mounting Solutions & Software
• Help other Technicians and MSPs to deploy solutions and resolve related issues as needed

Education:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

• Two plus years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.
• Microsoft Office O365/M365
• Microsoft Azure
• Remote Desktop support
• Active Directory and Exchange
• Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
• TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
• Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets
• Accuracy, attention to detail and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and a team player.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge in these areas: Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams and video recordings
