We are currently seeking an Operations Manager of North Carolina.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday
Compensation:
- Salary Model
Requirements:
- Managing vendor operations and ensuring daily functioning of all centers
- First point of contact for office related emergencies/problems (workers comp claims, etc)
- Handling payroll functions for all brands
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures within the agency per the direction of Regional Operations Director
- Serving as a liaison with corporate HR
- Liaising with the office staff of all 5 brands to ensure synergies within the company
