What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Dispatch position at Refreshing USA?
This is an opportunity to work for a fast-growing nationwide vending company at our corporate office. We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Dispatch Representative to handle all incoming inquiries. Duties of the Customer Service Dispatch Representative include answering incoming calls, emails, text messages, providing support to our managers and employees, creating repair tickets and light administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be accountable, diligent, and have an astute attention to detail. Experience is preferred but not required, we will train!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry
- Answer incoming calls, emails and text messages
- Following Directions both written and verbal
- Scanning, Printing, Faxing, Filing
- Assisting with different departments with tasks/projects
- Maintain dispatching contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Properly route repair requests to be addressed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred experience as a Call Center Representative
