Cooking Equipment Specialist is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team.

Established in 2002, we provide installation, service, and performance maintenance of commercial cooking equipment throughout North and East Texas. While serving approximately 15,000 service calls each year, we offer dependable, quality service provided 24 hours a day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Purchase parts from vendors – finding the best price and availability.
• Provide customer service and maintain a strong relationship with technicians and vendors.
• Complete and process all parts and technician equipment orders. Assist with check in and out of equipment, verifying work orders.
• Track part order ETA’s, fill rates and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
• Assist in performing parts inventory.
• Keep and verify records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Other parts department related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in purchasing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess ability to work individually or as a team member.
• Must be self-starter and able to follow through on assignments.
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in high pressure situations.
• Foodservice equipment, commercial refrigeration, and/or wholesaler supply house experience/knowledge is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This work is performed in a corporate office and warehouse.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• This position is performed in both office and warehouse environment.
• Unloading of parts and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
