Refuge House Inc. is seeking an experienced business administrator. Duties:
Prepares, administers, and distributes all aspects of payroll through MIP except for the quarterly filings of the 941 and UCT-6, which are processed through the Director of Finance.
Serves as agency personnel specialist and Human Resources Manager. Maintains personnel files and assist all employees on personnel matters.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the security of employee documentation, including payroll and personnel files.
Administration of employee benefit programs, including but not limited to Health Insurance, 403 B and Workers Compensation, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Disability (with the assistance of the Director of Finance at annual renewals) in accordance with agency personnel policies and applicable laws.
Oversees adherence by all agency personnel to financial policies and procedures, as outlined in the agency’s Accounting Manual, by reporting any deviation to the Director of Finance.
Responsible for employee leave balance sheets and distributes in timely manner.
Responsible for employee evaluation dates and distributes to direct supervisors on a monthly basis.
Coordinates internal job posting procedures and placement of recruitment advertising.
