What Is A Cast Member?

• The cast member position is the most essential position to the smooth operation of our theatres. As a cast member you are the face of Regal and are integral to our operational success and guest satisfaction. Excellence in this role helps us continue to be The Best Place to Watch a Movie.
• Key Duties of the Cast Member Role:
• Welcome guests to the theatre with a smile

• Operate cash register and successfully complete transactions

• Scan movie tickets for guests, and direct them to the appropriate theatre

• Keep theatre clean by maintaining public spaces and sanitizing high contact areas

• Conduct theatre checks to ensure top film quality and safety are maintained

• Coordinate food prep and assist guests with their orders

• Operate cooking, warming, and popping equipment

• Answer questions asked by guests and assist them as needed

• Work as a team to provide top service

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management
