We are a rapidly expanding firm located just outside Grand Rapids, MI seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Associate. We are growing quickly and developing a professional and highly capable team for continuing and accelerating our growth. The individual selected will be responsible for collaborating in the creation of the Company’s marketing and branding efforts then coordinating and executing with a sense of urgency and precision.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and schedules to achieve corporate objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams for effective collaboration.
- Develop and build strong relationships with our affiliates with a focus on creating and coordinating marketing initiatives to assist them in obtaining clientele with an eye for scaling new initiatives.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plans and operating budgets.
- Plan and oversee marketing strategy and promotional activities including print, online, social media, and direct mail.
- Monitor competitive market activities and identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all face-to-market tools and experiences.
- Provides general marketing communication support for the organization related to public relations, advertising, website updates, social media, etc.
- Measures marketing campaign success to maximize ROI.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Strong Branding/Awareness Knowledge and Experience.
- Experience in working with Adobe creative software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc…).
- Experience in marketing communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
- Social networking experience.
- Willingness to be a team player and work in an atmosphere of team involvement and commitment.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
