Regal Medical Group is looking to hire an Eligibility Supervisor to join our team in Northridge!
The Eligibility Supervisor’s role is to ensure that the integrity and accuracy of the IPA’s database related to member eligibility information is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Ability to audit and maintain accuracy of database.
2. Timely response to eligibility inquiries.
3. Ability to generate management reports with accuracy.
4. All other duties as directed by management.
Education and/or Experience:
1. Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s preferred
2. Working knowledge of standard practices.
3. Previous experience with EZ-Cap eligibility system.
4. Knowledge on health plans’ member eligibility and enrollment.
5. Computer skills, Word and Excel.
6. At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience or lead position.
