Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative located at 743 Henrietta Creek Rd, Roanoke TX 76262.

Responsibilities:
  • The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing customers with high-quality, professional customer service and acts as an extension of the customer within Saddle Creek Corporation. 
  • The CSC coordinates customer operations and transportation. 
  • They perform customer service functions with a special emphasis on communication, problem-solving, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and interpersonal skills.

Shift/Pay Rate: 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm): $17 - $18.75/hour

Requirements:
  • 6 months of previous experience in a CSR role.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Previous experience with dispatching.
  • Experience with MS Office, SAP, and WMS.
  • Proficiency in typing.
  • Work in a non-climate controlled facility.
  • Stable work history.
  • Pass drug screen and criminal background check.
