Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Communication to the field surrounding group reservations, private screenings, and business events.
- Ordering and coordination of auxiliary equipment, catering, and onsite managers
- General phone work
- Researching pricing and availability of miscellaneous services
- Gathering signed agreements and required certificates
- Gathering and processing event invoices
- Pre- and post-event correspondence with vendors and theatre personnel
- Assisting field personnel with questions, troubleshooting and event issues
- Must be available nights and weekends during time and dates of events for theatre and vendor support

Education/Experience:
Some college (Associate’s, Technical or Bachelor’s Degree). Minimum of one-year theatre experience or two years of event planning, hospitality experience required. Event planning experience preferred.

None
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and compose simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Requirement:
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions. The ability to handle unhappy customers is extremely important.
Computer Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
