What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director of Maintenance position at Regency Integrated Health Services?
The Director will assist the facilities and coordinate safety in servicing and promote incentive programs to personnel to encourage a safe environment. Will work with Facility staff on conducting facility assessments as they relate to Life Safety Code and provide recommendations to endorse compliance with Federal participation requirements for nursing facilities.

- Must have knowledge of long term life safety codes and regulations
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time or as requested by the VP of Facilities Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to multi task at a high level and stay organized and focused with projects
- Intermediate Excel skills are required
- Must pass pre-employment background check; must have valid Driver's License
