Essential Functions:
Under the general direction of the COO, the Administrative Coordinator is required to perform some or all of the following duties; however, these do not include all of the tasks which the employee may be expected to perform:
· Administration of training program using learning management system to develop training plans, schedule and track external training, and maintain users
· Assist in the recruiting process by creating job postings as required, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
· Assist with onboarding process
· Maintenance of human resource documents on intranet and website
· Provide administrative support to the HR department in the areas of payroll, record-keeping, and HRIS entry and reports.
Minimum Qualifications (An employee must have the following credentials, training, and experience)
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
· 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field
· 2 years of experience with administrative tasks such as payroll processing and employee database management
· Strong familiarity with federal, state, and local laws regulating employee relations practices
· Human resource information system (HRIS) knowledge
· Must have access to transportation.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to develop interpersonal relationships with employees at all company levels
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
· Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
· Experience working at Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) and/or Community Mental Health (CMH)
