What does a Construction Project Manager with Region Construction Group do?
Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Directing and overseeing projects in the field from start to finish
Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Coordinating, planning, and managing schedules for contractors and subcontractors
Reviewing projects on a daily basis to ensure quality standards exist and estimates remain within budget
Managing relationships with the client
Working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment and coordinating all aspects of the building process
Project Managers work primarily with our Sales Estimators and individual property owners after a property damage loss due to a fire or flood, to repair damages to property. Project Managers are trained to work in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional environments. As a Project Manager, you will be on scene after property damage occurs, to coordinate subcontractors to complete repairs.
3-5 years of sales and construction experience with proven working experience in project management
Leadership, project, and time management skills
Management and delegation capabilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively without constant oversight
