Job Purpose
The Operations Associate is responsible for assisting the Operations Team Lead and the Auto Operations Team with operational initiatives, repossession processing, and resolving DMV and customer service uses related to auto titles. This role involves analyzing of report data to interpret to management, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain effective communication with internal departments, branch personnel, and external customers.
Aid branches relating to research and response to DMV or State department notices/letters.
Aid supervisors and VPs relating to the Supervision process and online platforms.
Release liens within state time limits, ensuring compliance with legal policies and procedures.
Analyze and produce title perfection reports
Attend and participate in operational related meetings.
Send required documents and forms to ensure compliance.
Receive and appropriately file repossession documentation.
Receive and respond to correspondences in a timely manner.
Use time management skills to work an assigned group of accounts with a sense of urgency.
Collaborate with the Title Coordinator regarding lien perfection status.
Collaborate with the Repo Coordinator regarding repo status.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
HS diploma required
Previous experience with Microsoft office
Must pass pre-employment screenings
Critical Competencies
Organized and detailed oriented
Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comprehension, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and time management.
