In this challenging (in a good way!), fast-paced environment, you will meet the care needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients as well as specialty groups (e.g., psychiatric, oncology, obstetric, medical, surgical, and rehabilitation patients), performing multiple and complex high quality clinical ultrasound procedures in a Level I Trauma Center. Anything you don’t know about sonography you will learn in this role, from a team eager to train.
Work Schedule
This is a non-union 0.75 FTE (60 hours per pay period) day/evening shift position with weekend rotation working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $40.07-$55.54 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and eligible for benefits. Work Schedule
- Day/Evening shift, 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. (12-hour shifts), rotating weekends.
- Completion of an accredited two-year allied health program OR two years of college with emphasis on the biological sciences and completion of a formal medical sonography training program (one-year minimum) OR equivalent experience.
- ARDMS registry on or before first day of employment.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) registry on or before first day of employment.
- BLS certification from an AHA- or ARC-sponsored program on or before the first day of employment.
- One year of experience as a registered sonographer.
