Additional Responsibilities
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Types memos, reports, letters, statistics, straight copy and other items using a personal computer.
- Accesses various computer systems and databases to input, retrieve and update data and generate reports.
- Maintains and summarizes logs.
- Checks accuracy and completeness of reports and forms.
- Operates various business machines (fax, copier, etc.).
- Sorts, files and collates letters, reports, documents, etc.
- Receives, sorts and distributes mail within and outside the company building. Weighs, meters and affixes postage to mail.
- May have telephone contact inside and outside the Company with vendors and customers.
- Receives and pays invoices and performs basic accounting duties.
- Takes telephone messages and refer calls.
- Prepares conference rooms for meetings.
- Orders, stores and maintains supplies.
- Performs all other duties comparable to the above as assigned.
- Follows established safety practices and procedures.

- Specific assignments may involve driving a company vehicle. These assignments require a minimum age of 18, and a valid driver's license.

Desired Qualifications
- Normal authorized medical evaluation for this job, unless previously met.
- Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds may be required, depending on assignment.
- Hours vary depending upon assignment. Must be willing to work day shift, Monday through Friday, but may be assigned to evening or weekend shifts depending on location. Occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required. Hours are determined by job requirements, qualifications, seniority and employee preference.
