Description
As a Sales Intern at Xandr, you will spend the summer fully immersed in our business: you will play a crucial role in the Commercial organization, liaising with our internal teams and our publisher partners. Through this internship, you will develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and client needs, and you will learn by adapting our service model, analyzing performance buying, creating new processes for creative reporting, and much more. We’re looking for interns that are curious, well-spoken, refined, organized, and – most importantly – motivated to learn and eager to make an impact.
About the team:
The Sales organization is a results-oriented team responsible for building clients’ businesses through leading technology solutions, intuitive and effective ad serving tools, and strategic business consulting. We develop and nurture relationships with a wide range of publishers to help them more effectively reach their target audience, and manage and grow their digital advertising business.

About the job:
• Conduct competitive research projects to ensure we’re keeping up with the fast-paced market
• Work with prospective clients to analyze business needs
• Build strong relationships cross functionally with internal stakeholders to draft client proposals and presentations
• Build the Xandr brand and knowledge of our technology and our industry
• Analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights to impact the business
• Contribute to market analytics, client analytics, client account insight generation, and internal stakeholders and client presentations
• Manage relationships and collaborate with internal and external clients alongside your manager
Qualifications
• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected in December 2020 or Spring 2021• You are a team player, passionate about working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• You are analytical, possessing excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• You are resourceful with the unrestrained drive to work independently to identify problems and create novel solutions
• You are communicative with impeccable presentational and organizational skills
• You are a self starter; you love challenging yourself to constantly improve and thrive on sharing your knowledge to empower others
• You like to take risks when looking for novel solutions to complex problems. If faced with roadblocks, you continue to reach higher to make greatness happen

• Significant impact: Projects are designed specifically for you to fit your interests and skills. Shape your own role and be a part of the team that is building bold solutions to some of today’s most exciting and unique technical challenges to serve ads across the globe. Our interns are given responsibility immediately after completing onboarding.
• Robust onboarding: You will ramp up alongside your class of interns. Your first week will be spent with your class attending Xandr Onboarding. Learn the ins and outs of one of the fastest growing industries and what it means to be an engineer at Xandr.
• Performance management: As an intern, you will be assigned a manager who you'll meet with weekly, and a Recruiting Partner who will be available as a resource for you throughout the summer. They will manage your performance every step of the way, ensure you're getting feedback in real-time, and host two structured performance reviews with you during your internship. Spend your summer immersed in life as a Xandr employee and evaluate if Xandr is the right place for you to join post-graduation.
