The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Reify Health, you play an integral part in shaping the future of our company by being the engine that keeps our Talent Team running. You will partner closely with recruiters and the onboarding team as an extension of our Talent Operations function to provide candidates with a white-glove experience as they make their way through the entire interview process and beyond! You will have some of the best tools on the market to help you do this, including: Greenhouse, Goodtime, Zoom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday. You will be empowered to challenge existing processes so that we are working smarter, not harder. You will have the support of a fun, supportive coordination team and report directly to the Talent Operations Manager.
Please note that this role will support both domestic and international interview scheduling. Ideally, this coordinator would be available to start their day before 9:00am Eastern Standard Time and adjust their working hours accordingly.
What You'll Be Working On:
- You'll be focused on managing the coordination and interview logistics of all candidate interviews using Goodtime for scheduling, helping us create a world-class candidate experience
- You'll own the configuration of job requisitions, including posting jobs on our job boards, curating interview plans/scorecards, and making sure our ATS data remains clean
- You'll send out offer letters and partner with IT, HR, and Onboarding to make sure candidates have a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- You'll get to put your stamp on international hiring by helping to build out new processes and streamline the scheduling and pre-hire experience globally
What You Bring to Reify Health:
- 1 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Coordinator in a high-growth environment
- You're an early-riser and available to start your day before 9:00am EST
- You pride yourself on being detail-oriented and organized and have the ability to prioritize and find efficient solutions to problems quickly
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- You're thoughtful, empathetic, and genuinely care about people
- You're curious and always looking for ways to improve and automate existing processes
- You understand that confidentiality is critical and you're comfortable around sensitive information
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience with Goodtime is a plus but not a requirement
- Experience using GSuite, Microsoft Office, and Slack
